Our Kapok Down Chester Coat keeps you warm while its classic lines keep you effortlessly in-style. From commute to cocktails, the Chester’s wrinkle-resistant, smooth-touch fabric will complement every outfit.
By the 1960s, the Chester overcoat was considered a staple of every well-traveled globetrotter’s closet. Our version maintains a classic shape that pairs perfectly with our easy-care fabric and built-in warmth.

木に実るダウン「カポック」
木に実るダウン、「カポック」。
カポックは東南アジアに自生する植物で、その木の実のワタはコットンの1/8の軽さ、吸湿発熱という機能を持っています。
木の実由来なので、動物の毛皮や羽毛を使うことも、木を伐採する必要もないCruelty-free素材です。
また、繊維の中が空洞になっていることにより、寒い時には湿気を吸い、暖かく発熱し、暑い時には湿気を放出し、涼しく快適にします。
ダウンと同じ暖かさ
従来のアウターに比べて、カポックノットのアウターは、ダウンと同様、生地のある腰あたりまでしっかりと体温を守ってくれていることが一目瞭然です。
このサーモグラフは、摂氏3度環境の中で、着用1分後に従来のジャケット、カポックダウン、グースダウンジャケットの暖かさを比較したものです。
水をはじき、シワになりにくい
高密度に織り込むことにより、撥水性があり、光沢感と圧倒的な軽さを備えています。
特殊な糸を使用し、ナチュラル感がある外観と肌触りの良さ、そしてシワになりづらい、機能性とケアのしやすさどちらも兼ね備えています。
