A classic quilted jacket that is light and thin, yet provides the warmth of a down jacket.

You can wear it over a suit or knit for a stylish look without looking bulky, so it's a great piece for both on and off occasions. The collar is made of heavy corduroy fabric.

The fabric is made of 100% eco-friendly dead stock polyester. It uses a high-density water repellent function, so you can feel free to use it on rainy days or outdoors.

Care Instructions

Wash in a laundry net, and use a pressing cloth when ironing. Avoid fabric softener where possible — it can cause loss of shape and seam slippage. Do not soak for long periods or leave the garment wet with water or sweat, as this may cause colour loss or colour transfer. Due to the nature of the material, some filling or fine fibres may work their way to the surface with washing and wear. If any filling pokes out, do not pull it — trim it with scissors.

This elegant classic jacket can be worn in the fall, but can also be worn for business in the middle of winter. It is perfect for commuting to work or for outdoor activities on the weekends, making it an active winter item.

Lightweight but provides the same warmth as down

The secret to its lightness is the special nut "Kapok". Kapok batting is 1/8 the weight of cotton, and is a special material that does not require the use of animal fur or feathers, nor the felling of trees. Furthermore, due to its special structure, Kapok has a function called "hygroscopic heat generation" that absorbs moisture and releases heat. This function is comparable to that of down, so it is also called down that comes from the tree.

169センチ、Mサイズ購入。
昨年バルカマンコートを購入、軽くて暖かく、さらに軽くてスーツの上にも羽織れるものをと考えて購入しました。とても気に入っています。

昨年チェスターコートを購入しましたので、今回は少し丈の短いものを探していました。実際に店舗で試着させて頂きその軽さと暖かさに驚きました。ユニセックスなので女性でも可愛いらしく着こなせます。カラーもテラコッタをチョイスしましたので、普段着ない色にチャレンジ出来て嬉しかったです。長い時間着られるところもポイントです。
