Garment measurements, not body measurements.
Wash in a laundry net, and iron on a low setting with a pressing cloth. Avoid fabric softener where possible — it can cause loss of shape and seam slippage. Do not soak for long periods or leave the garment wet with water or sweat, as this may cause colour loss or colour transfer. Due to the nature of the material, some filling or fine fibres may work their way to the surface with washing and wear. If any filling pokes out, do not pull it — trim it with scissors.
